All of these are wonderful factors to create an equine first aid kit and if you don’t have one made, you have to make sure that you’re creating one up and comprising a few of the following recommended items.
Dressings and Gauze
You like to make certain that all of your equine first aid kits have dressing and gauze with them. If you are browsing at what things to buy, be sure that there are dressings of all different sizes, gauzes off different sizes, and tape so that you can support the bandage down that you are putting on. It is a really good concept to obtain these simply because it can help prevent the animal from getting anymore blood loss than you would like them to and get it bandaged up quickly.

First you will want to get a vet to help make sure your dog remains healthy. So in choosing a vet, you want one that can give the proper veterinary care and attention your canine deserves. Do not be afraid to ask a vet some questions, so find a vet that you can build an open and honest relationship with, centered around the health of your dog.
When choosing a vet, make sure you have a good understanding of their work ethic and their point of view. This can lead to a better relationship between you and your vet. Keep the lines of communication open and do not be afraid to ask a vet any question you feel is relevant. Also keep an open mind when speaking with your vet.
What I also look for in a good vet is their compassion for my animal. Do they truly enjoy dogs, or are they just another dollar sign ? Dogs can sense when someone is rough or even afraid of them, which will make for some nasty doctor’s visits.
